Current Opportunities
GARMENT CUTTER (CASUAL)
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Garment Cutter to join the SACHA DRAKE team at our Brisbane Head Office.
Working closely with our Design and Production teams, this role is responsible for accurately cutting sample garments across a range of fabrics and styles, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard and within development timelines.
Combining technical garment knowledge, precision cutting and strong attention to detail, the role includes reading and interpreting markers and patterns, laying fabrics for optimal utilisation, operating cutting machinery, supporting fabric management and contributing to the smooth running of the Design Room.
This is a casual role with flexible hours, offering the opportunity to work within a creative and collaborative Australian fashion business committed to designing garments that inspire confidence in women.
PATTERN MAKER / GARMENT TECHNICIAN (12-MONTH MATERNITY LEAVE CONTRACT)
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Pattern Maker / Garment Technician to join the SACHA DRAKE team on a 12-month maternity leave contract at our Brisbane Head Office.
Working closely with our Design and Production teams, this role plays a key part in the development, fit and technical execution of SACHA DRAKE collections, ensuring garments are produced to the highest standards from concept through to production.
Combining patternmaking, garment technology and technical product development, the role includes creating and updating patterns and markers, attending fit sessions, maintaining technical specifications, reviewing samples, preparing production documentation and collaborating with offshore suppliers to deliver quality outcomes across each collection.
This is a full-time, 12-month contract role, offering the opportunity to work within a creative and collaborative Australian fashion business dedicated to designing garments that inspire confidence in women.
