Refund policy


HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER
1. Review our return conditions below to ensure your return meets our requirements.
2. Submit your return via our Returns Portal using your order number & email address or phone number.
3. Follow the prompts within the portal to lodge a return for an exchange, refund, or store credit.
4. You will receive an email notification to post your items back to head office.
5. Once we've received your item, we will process it and you will receive an email notification regarding your exchange, refund, or credit note. 


OUR ONLINE RETURNS POLICY COVERS:
Change of mind.
Incorrect item/ size purchased or received.
Faulty garments.

For items purchased online or over the phone with Head Office, we are happy to accept your return for exchange or refund:

Within 14 days for full-priced items 

Within 7 days for SALE items 
OUTLET items under $200 are non-refundable 

PLEASE NOTE FOR ALL ONLINE RETURNS:

  1. Returned items must be in original condition, unaltered, unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  2.  All tags, labels, and hanging ties must be attached to the garment.
  3.  Freight is non-refundable.
  4.  Refunds can only be made in the same manner as the original payment.
  5. Garments that have been soiled with anything including make-up, deodorant marks, cigarette smoke, or body odor will not be accepted for exchange or refund. 
  6.  Freight will be waived on exchanged items with the exception of International orders.
  7.  If your requested exchange garment is out of stock your order will be refunded.
  8.  Afterpay & Paypal refunds will be refunded in the same way. 
  9. Due to health reasons, earrings and makeup are not able to be returned unless faulty or wrongly described.
  10. We recommend sending the returned parcel via Australia Express Post or Courier to ensure safe and documented delivery.
  11. Refunds will only be processed once the garment has been received by SACHA DRAKE.
  12. Clearance/Outlet Items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for Exchange or Refund unless deemed as faulty.
  13.  Exchange for Store Credit will be given in the form of a Gift Card. This Gift Card will be emailed to you once the Return has been approved.

SACHA DRAKE BOUTIQUE RETURNS POLICY

Please choose garments carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. 
You can choose between a refund, exchange, or credit where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you, or if the product doesn't do what it is supposed to do. 
All tags must be attached and the garment must be in its original condition.
Garments MUST be accompanied by the original receipt.

SACHA DRAKE STOCKIST RETURNS

Have you purchased your garment from a SACHA DRAKE stockist? If so, you need to discuss your Return Policy options directly with the Boutique in which you purchased from.
Please note, SACHA DRAKE is not responsible for any items purchased through private sellers such as eBay or Gumtree.
