Orders sent with tracking via Express Australia Post
Signature is required.
For Express Post items being sent outside metro areas, please allow extra time for delivery. While we will do our best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, please note that delivery times may be impacted by factors beyond our control, including delays with Australia Post.
Important:
Collect parcels within 10 business days from the local Post Office.
Uncollected parcels will be returned to the sender after 10 business days.
Please send orders to an address where someone can receive them.
INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE
New Zealand: $20 AUD
Rest of World: $55 AUD
Delivery charges will be displayed in the cart once the delivery country is selected.
Free shipping promotions exclude orders shipped outside of Australia.
Taxes and duties may apply to international orders. The recipient is responsible for these fees, and orders may be held at customs until the fees are paid.

Australian metropolitan areas:
3-10 working days once dispatched, dependent on postage option.
International orders:
Please allow up to 21 days.
Orders are processed within 1 business day.
Delivery times are estimates only and start once your parcel is dispatched.
While we strive to ship within the provided time frames, delays during peak trade times may occur. You will be notified if your order is delayed.

Allow 2-3 business days for your parcel to be delivered to the store.
You will be contacted once your garment arrives.
LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us:

If Australia Post confirms the parcel is lost, a replacement or refund will be provided.
SACHA DRAKE is not liable for lost parcels due to incorrect address details, and no refund or replacement will be issued.
