HOW TO MEASURE YOURSELF

When you measure yourself, if possible, do so in front of the mirror so you can ensure that the tape measure is horizontally positioned around your body. Hold the tape measure close against your body but don't pull it too tight.

Handy tip: Always wear the underwear you plan to wear with the garment.

BUST

Measure the fullest part of your bust ensuring the tape measure is even and horizontal at the back across your shoulder blades.

WAIST

Your waist is the smallest part of your torso - it is usually a centimetre or so above your belly button. Wrap the tape measure around your waist, ensuring it is comfortable but not loose.

HIP

Measure around the fullest part of your bottom or at the top of your thighs, whichever is widest. Make sure the tape measure is even and horizontal at the back and again keep the measuring tape close to your body but don't pull it too tight.

Such a beautiful and flattering dress! I love the cut as it makes the best of all curves and with its longer length it gives me a longer slimmer silhouette. I can see this dress will be flattering for all body shapes, with my pear shaped figure, it does absolute wonders.The colours are great and I'm able to wear black accessories with this dress as there are bits of black in the pattern, although overall the colours are light and perfect for warmer weather. I would love it if this same pattern was available with sleeves as the design and cut of Sasha Drake wrap dresses is just perfect. In my opinion the fabric is lightweight for summer. I make a point of buying dresses made in jersey, stretchable fabric as they are machine washable (in a bag), non-iron and seem to mould to the body much better than non- stretch fabrics.
