• All full priced items must be returned to us within 14 days from the delivery date.
• All sale items must be returned to us within 7 days of the delivery date.
• The Return Period starts from the delivery date, including items awaiting collection at a postal office. The return window is not extended based on the collection date, and it is the customer's responsibility to collect the item promptly.
• Return shipping is a varied fee and calculated
in the portal. An Invoice will be emailed to you, once paid you can print the
shipping label. Alternately you can choose your own carrier.

Absolutely divine is how I would describe this bag. Every little detail is perfect. The contrasting pattern on the bag makes it look very classy. The quality is outstanding. Beautiful colour and quality, the clip is a bit hard to open but I’m hoping with repeated use it will loosen up. Appreciate the very fast postage and delivery.
