Shipping policy


POSTAGE WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Free freight for orders over $300
$12 flat rate for orders under $300.

Orders are sent via Express Australia Post Satchels (signature required, card if not home) - these can be tracked.
To collect the parcel the delivery card must be presented with a form of photo identification. Parcels must be collected within 10 business days from the date it is received by the local Post Office. If the parcel is not collected within this timeframe it will be returned to sender.
Please send your order to a business/ residential address where someone will be able to receive it

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE
New Zealand- $20 AUD, Rest of World $55 AUD
Delivery charges will be displayed in cart once delivery country has been chosen.
Orders may incur additional fees and duties levied by customs payable by the order recipient.

orders are exclusive of 10% Australian GST. -This is removed from your order once completed.
Free shipping promotions exclude International orders.

DELIVERY TIMES
Australian metropolitan areas- 3-5 Working days once dispatched.
International orders- please allow up to 14 days.

Orders are processed within 1 business day.  Please note the delivery times listed should be treated as estimates only. Expected delivery time frames commence from your parcel being dispatched. 

Whilst we make every effort to ship your order within the time frames supplied, unforeseen delays in shipping during peak trade times may occasionally occur. 
We will advise if your order will be delayed. 

CLICK AND COLLECT ORDERS
Please allow 2-3 working days for your parcel to be delivered into store.
You will be contacted by the store once your garment has been received in.

Stores available for click and collect orders - Westfield Chermside, Westfield Carindale, Queensplaza Brisbane City. 
 
LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
Please contact customerservice@sachadrake or call (07) 3112 1818 if your parcel is lost or damaged.
An investigation will need to be logged with Australia Post
If investigation shows Australia Post has lost your parcel then a replacement or refund will be supplied.
If your parcel has been lost due to an incorrect address submitted online or via email then SACHA DRAKE is not liable and will not refund or supply a replacement.
